Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care using the Nursing Process, adhering to nursing standards and specialty-specific protocols. • Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation and coordination of care assignments. • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies. • Maintain up-to-date certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation techniques before starting the assignment or have courses booked by clinical orientation.
