Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient data to diagnose and plan individualized care interventions.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring safety and promoting health within the ER environment.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks effectively and maintain clear communication to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure for the State of California is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current certifications in CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.
• Experience in an acute care facility, particularly within an Emergency Room setting, is preferred.
