Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and that’s where you come in! Duties and Responsibilities • Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary. • Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required. • Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift. • Replace any call offs that are received during the shift. • Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate. Qualifications • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state. • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities. • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred. • Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
