About the Position: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our 24-bed Progressive Care unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This unit cares for acutely ill patients who require complex medical attention but are not in the ICU. • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment. • Engage with a diverse patient population including those experiencing trauma, stroke, cardiac conditions, and critical care needs. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Coordinating and customizing patient care with a multidisciplinary team. • Facilitating smooth admission and discharge processes. • Providing coaching and training to staff to enhance their performance. • Assisting in staff scheduling and management. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse with a diploma and necessary certifications. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
