Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $48.50, dependent upon experience.

A Brief Overview:
As an Experienced Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by developing comprehensive nursing diagnoses, establishing clear nursing care objectives, and providing holistic support to patients, families, and friends. You will be instrumental in helping them understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills while closely monitoring changes and needs.
What You Will Do:
• Provide high-quality patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating nursing care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team.
• Develop personalized nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining patients, and documenting their conditions.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare requirements, answering questions, and providing resources.
• Evaluate and enhance patient care by measuring health outcomes against established standards and modifying care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy patient care environment by adhering to all infection-control policies and procedures.
• Document all patient care services accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure patient care equipment is functional by following operational procedures and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage patient care supplies effectively by anticipating needs and maintaining inventory.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and excellence in nursing practice.
Essential Qualifications:

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
