
Family Nurse Practitioner in Badger, AK
Job Description
Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for a small community health center in Seward, Alaska, with a focus on rural family medicine, pediatrics, and women's health.
Salary ranges from $130,000-$155,000/year, with a $10,000 signing bonus, no on-call hours, a 4x10 day schedule, and generous benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, retirement contributions, and CME allowance.
Responsibilities include providing primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting exams, ordering tests, and collaborating with specialists. Experience in rural care, women's health, and pediatrics preferred.
Qualifications: BSN, accredited NP program, Alaska license, minimum 5 years primary care, 3 in rural settings, DEA, BLS, with additional certifications a plus.
