We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, providing comprehensive primary and acute care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, and EMR proficiency. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
