We are seeking 2 Family Nurse Practitioners to join our provider team! PMS providers deliver exceptional care to our rural community patients on a daily basis. Watch this video to learn more about PMS: https://www.youtube.com/embed/YLtCL0dbjSY ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program Preferred Qualifications: Spanish speaking preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: New Mexico Board of Nursing license with certification as a Nurse Practitioner/Family Practice or Certification from the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners DEA license New Mexico Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers Medicaid Number Have or be able to obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire Screening Requirements: Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employee’s PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH Criminal Records Check
