Job Description
A growing Community Health center is seeking an experienced FNP or Family PA to join their team.
• Must have at least 2+ years of direct Family Practice experience
• Schedule: M-F 9-5p, 1 Sat every 13 weeks from 9-12p
• Call 1 weekend and 1 week every 17 weeks
• See all ages
• 20-22 patients per day; 15-30 min appointments
• 100% outpatient
• 4 admin hours and 36 clinical hours
