Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans for residents
• Discuss care options with medical staff, residents, and their families
• Monitor vital signs and conduct lab work as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document nursing interventions, medical histories, and other relevant information
• Ensure effective usage of medical devices
• Participate in incident investigations as necessary
• Comply with applicable regulations, policies, and standards
• Assist in training nursing and support staff as required
• Account for adherence to resident care plans
Qualifications:
• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 6 months of experience in an RN or related role
• Successful completion of an approved nursing program
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills with diverse medical and nursing teams
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
