As a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:
• Providing in-home direct patient care following the provider's prescribed plan while monitoring progress and recovery.
• Assessing and documenting patient conditions and reporting changes as necessary (including vitals and other health indicators).
• Administering medication, insulin, and IV fluids, with thorough documentation.
• Inspecting and caring for wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Assessing for further injuries or complications, including delivering appropriate treatments.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and professionals to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN) with us, you will need:
• Education: Associate degree in Nursing or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing required.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, but not required.
