This is a full time 12 hour day shift position with every 3rd weekend and a holiday rotation. Join our Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) which is our internal float team. This is an Acute Care Float RN position supporting all of our Acute care units and eventually cross training to the EDTC as well.

CRU nurses earn a float differential!

Successful float nurses are collaborative, positive, and eager for clinical learning development. Our CRU needs new team members who are motivated and rewarded in supporting our unit teams to provide best and safest care to kids.

We are looking for nurses with minimum 1 year acute hospital RN experience and preferably pediatric experience

Orientation will be full time for 6 months and could be on any shift based on preceptor assignments.

Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience). A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
