Job Description
A company is looking for an Access Nurse to coordinate patient flow and manage bed resources remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for patients with health inquiries and triage their status
Facilitate hospital transfers and direct admissions while overseeing bed management logistics
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and ensure effective resource utilization
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or American Red Cross
Three years of recent progressive clinical experience in an acute care setting
