Key Responsibilities
Perform internal audits and address nonconformities from audits
Prepare for audits and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
Administer document control and oversee calibration and test programs
Required Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License
Extensive home care or hospice experience
A minimum of three years home health QA or clinical management experience
