Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Tamarac, FL

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends on a Per Diem basis. Key Responsibilities Provides fully remote virtual serious illness care management to patients and families Consults with medical staff and performs virtual assessments to ensure optimal patient care Documents all interactions in the electronic medical records and participates in quality assurance activities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, and / or acute inpatient care Master's or Doctor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority from the appropriate governing body Basic Life Support certificate from an approved organization and compact RN license in the home state by date of hire Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (ACHPN) must be obtained within 3 years of hire
