Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing and screening Build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing on various channels Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance) Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for tech and commercial roles, ideally in Healthcare IT Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and market mapping Experience with ATS tools, especially Workable, is a plus Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects
