Castle Connolly has again named Axia Women's Health its 1 Physician Practice in the United States for Women's Health across our geographic footprint. OB/GYN of Indiana - South is looking for a full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their team. 2 office locations: Indianapolis and Greenwood Provider Team: 13 Physicians, 4 practice Laborists, 5 Certified Nurse Midwives, 7 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant. Urogynecologist and Urogyn. Physician Assistant also on team. Hospital Affiliation: Franciscan Hospital - Indianapolis Levell III NICU 24/7 Anesthesia MFM, Neonatologists & Advanced Practitioners on staff Qualifications: Indiana CNM license, APRN Prescriptive Authority, CSR, & DEA or ability to timely obtain. Full-Scope CNM experience highly preferred. Will consider recent graduates with L&D background. Eligible to participate in state programs, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.
