Full-time 3rd Shift Registered Nurse (RN) in Ellsworth, IL

Our Health Center boasts 96 beds and offers comprehensive in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. With a low patient-to-nurse ratio of 24 patients for every nurse and three aides available to assist, you'll have the support you need to excel in your role! We are currently looking for Registered Nurses on a FULL-TIME basis for our 3rd shift (11 PM to 7:30 AM), working every other weekend and some holidays. Westminster Village offers a competitive wage with an annual increase, with an hourly rate ranging from $40 to $45. If you are interested in taking extra shifts, we provide a shift pick-up bonus of up to $75! Key Responsibilities: • Assist leadership with ongoing resident care accountability. • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including specialized therapies like infusion and wound care. • Conduct admissions, assessments, and documentation for all residents. • Engage in the care planning process and ensure care plans are accurately maintained. • Uphold infection control protocols and procedures as per facility policy. • Maintain patient confidentiality and handle all communication in compliance with laws governing Patient Confidentiality. • Perform and document resident assessments, including behavior monitoring and medication responses. • Assist physicians during examinations and treatment procedures. • Respond to emergency calls across campus as required. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with good standing. • Active and unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse license. • Current CPR certification. • Knowledge of healthcare delivery in Geriatric, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing settings. Compensation: $40 - $45 hourly wage.
