Your Role • Oversee patient care and treatments, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, addressing their unique needs for effective recovery. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and provide direct patient care when required. • Act as a resource for colleagues by sharing knowledge and supporting complex patient needs. • Celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of patients throughout their recovery process. Qualifications • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is a plus. • Preference for candidates with at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
