Full-Time CRNA – Watertown, SD
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a critical access facility in Watertown, South Dakota. This position is ideal for experienced CRNAs with strong OB skills—epidurals, central lines, and blocks are essential. Job Responsibilities
• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and obstetric procedures
• Administer regional anesthesia including epidurals and spinal blocks
• Insert and manage central lines and perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
• Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership within the care team
Education & Certification Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program approved by the AANA
• Licensed and registered as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the State of South Dakota
• Must have current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Proven experience in OB anesthesia and critical access settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability essential
Physical & Interpersonal Demands
• Must be able to assist patients using proper body mechanics
• Requires a high level of social sensitivity and professional communication
• Independent judgment and initiative are key to success in this role
