Facility: Gss Nd Mandan Sunset Location: Mandan, ND Address: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full-time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $36.50 - $48.00 Pay Info: $25,000 Sign-On Bonus Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care using the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues, including healthcare providers, to devise, execute, and evaluate care plans. Your expertise will be essential in addressing the health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: • Caring for residents through all phases of preventative care and health maintenance. • Coordinating care and performing comprehensive resident assessments. • Providing resident education and performing various nursing interventions. • Acting as a charge nurse and delegating appropriate tasks to qualified personnel. • Offering support and guidance to ensure safe and effective resident care. • Adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and relevant standards of nursing practice. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is also preferred. • Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in your practicing location, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
