Facility: Woodsedge Location: 1000 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $38.73 - $58.33 Pay Info: $20,000 bonus (for eligible employees) Union Position: Yes About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will use the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care. • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care. • Demonstrate your expertise in nursing while adhering to the age-specific standards in your clinical setting. • Participate in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, and provide education along with various nursing interventions. • Act as a charge nurse, delegating tasks appropriately while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. You will operate within the Nurse Practice Act's standards and guidelines to maintain the highest level of care and uphold the ethical standards of nursing practice. Qualifications: • Graduated from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. • Must have clinical experience that includes supervised practical training across the lifespan. • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in your state of practice is required; additional certifications may be needed based on specialty.
