You will collaborate with residents, their families, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care delivery. Responsibilities include: • Coordination of resident care • Assessment and education of residents • Supervising and delegating tasks to ensure proper care As an RN, you will function within the legal framework outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and maintain adherence to the ethical standards of nursing practice.
