Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care by applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to meet the individualized needs of residents. You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to design, implement, and assess care plans. As an RN, you will be responsible for: • Delivering care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating resident assessments, education, and a variety of nursing interventions. • Potentially serving as a charge nurse and delegating appropriate tasks to both licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. • Providing ongoing support to delegates to ensure safe and effective administration of resident care. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • Holds a current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. • Maintains required competencies and certifications.
