Enjoy a FLEX premium pay of $5.00 on top of shift differentials of $1.25. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering individualized nursing care to residents by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your responsibilities will encompass care throughout all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Your duties will include: • Coordinating resident care and conducting resident assessments. • Providing education and various nursing interventions to residents. • Serving as the charge nurse and delegating appropriate tasks to assistive personnel. • Ensuring safe and effective administration of resident care. As an RN, you will adhere to nursing practice standards set forth in the Nurse Practice Act while embodying the ethics and values of the nursing profession. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. • A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. • An unencumbered RN license in the State of Nursing where you practice. • Maintained necessary competencies and certifications relevant to your department.
