This position requires demonstrating knowledge of nursing principles and competencies tailored to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs. LPNs ensure that residents receive appropriate care and medication as per established care plans and actively contribute to their comfort and safety. Key responsibilities include: • Administering medications and treatments as ordered • Documenting resident interactions and outcomes • Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team • Communicating effectively while maintaining confidentiality • Providing education and counseling to residents and families Qualifications Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and possess a valid, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Previous clinical experience across the lifespan and completion of a Board-approved IV therapy course may be required for specialized positions. Candidates should also meet ongoing education and competency training requirements.
