You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to plan and evaluate care. This role includes: • Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating care and resident assessment. • Providing resident education and performing various nursing interventions. • Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel. You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act. Your professional conduct will align with the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. • Current unencumbered RN license in the relevant state or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
