In this role, you will assist the Registered Nurse in implementing patient care plans for a group of patients, while also serving in a technical role to provide high-quality care. You will embody our Mission, Vision, and Values, carrying forward our legacy of compassion and excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support nursing assessments by collecting, reporting, and recording both objective and subjective data.
• Deliver direct patient care in a safe and effective manner.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust the plan of care as needed.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery in your assigned area.
Qualifications:
• Education: Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing - LPN.
• Experience: No prior work experience required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association; Licensed Practical Nurse license in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Physical Demands:
This position may require climbing, pushing, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions. Must possess good balance and coordination, with the ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently. Close visual acuity is necessary for assessing patients and analyzing data.
