Your responsibilities will include: • Demonstrating knowledge of nursing principles relevant to the clinical setting. • Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents. • Administering medications and treatments as ordered. • Documenting resident interactions and care outcomes. • Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary care team. • Communicating clearly and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. • Counseling residents and their families under the guidance of supervising healthcare professionals. • Performing additional duties as required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: • A graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. • A preferred Associate degree in practical nursing. • An unencumbered LPN license. • Experience across the lifespan as part of their clinical training. • Ability to obtain required competencies and certifications. • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
