This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments and education. • Delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel appropriately. • Ensuring safe and efficient resident care and addressing care concerns. As a professional nurse, you will operate within the standards established by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred. • A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. • Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practicing. • Commitment to ongoing skills and competency development.
