Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 40.00
Salary Range: $26.00 - $48.00
Pay Info: $25,000 Sign-on Bonus!
Department Details
This is a full-time, straight night position with shifts from 6pm to 6:30am. You will work every other weekend and holiday.
• Receive an extra $2.50 location premium.
• Enjoy an additional night differential.
• Benefit from a $25,000 Sign-on Bonus!
Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your role includes:
• Caring for residents through all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments.
• Providing resident education and various nursing interventions.
• Possibly serving as charge nurse and delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
As an RN, you will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, ensuring safe and reliable administration of care.
Qualifications
We prefer candidates who are graduates from nationally accredited nursing programs. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. You should hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and maintain required competencies and certifications.
