Facility: GSS ND Mandan Sunset Location: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 8-Hour Night Shifts Job Schedule: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50 Pay Info: $5000 Sign-On Bonus About the Role: As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will provide compassionate care to our residents during your shifts in long-term care settings. You will be essential in offering resident-centered care and assistance with daily living activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will ensure the well-being of residents by adhering to care plans that address both physical and emotional needs. • Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate care focused on residents’ needs. • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support. • Record vital signs and document interactions to ensure comprehensive care. • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. • Support residents in mobility and exercise to promote health and independence. • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents. • Encourage participation in wellness and recreational activities. • Contribute to team efforts and departmental initiatives. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Minimum age of 16; prior nursing assistant experience preferred. • Must obtain CNA certification within four months of employment, with training provided. • Complete annual competency assessments and continuing education requirements. • Must hold valid certifications as required.
