You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care effectively. Your role includes coordinating care, conducting assessments, providing education, and delivering various nursing interventions. As an RN, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care. You will function within the defined scopes and standards of nursing practice, dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. • Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Ability to maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.
