Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to deliver individualized nursing care to residents. Responsibilities include:
• Assessing resident needs and planning care in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Implementing and evaluating care, while maintaining competency within the scope of nursing practice.
• Caring for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating care and providing education to residents.
• Serving as a charge nurse when necessary, delegating tasks while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing is ideal.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license valid in the state of practice.
• Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
