As a Nurse Practitioner with Integrated Wound Care, you will play an instrumental role in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.ResponsibilitiesConduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patientsWork collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careComplete documentation accurately and in a timely mannerEducate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and managementMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyMay perform Ultrasound Mist therapy 2-3x weekly (experience in Ultrasound not needed, will train)Administrative work from home dutiesRatio of administrative and clinical duties will vary based on needPart time may expect some local travel up to 2-3 hoursFull time may expect frequent travel mostly within CTfor full time travelers, we will assist in obtaining other state licenses Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employmentMinimum of 1 year of experience in wound careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional critical thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable with technology and electronic medical records.Travel throughout Connecticut would be required.
