Weekly Hours: 36.00
Salary Range: $21 - $25.50
Pay Info: $5,000 sign-on bonus!

We invite you to join our team as a Full Time Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant!
Job Summary
• As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate care to residents in long-term care settings during your scheduled shifts.
• Deliver resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Ensure all care is aligned with the individual care plan, addressing both physical and psychological needs.
• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and meals, while maintaining their dignity and promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor health by obtaining and recording vital signs and assisting with non-invasive procedures.
• Keep living areas clean and organized and contribute to maintaining a safe and inviting environment.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs.
• Communicate any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the charge nurse promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and competency testing to maintain required certifications and skills.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum age of 16; prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Required to obtain Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing within four months of starting the position, with training provided by the facility.
• Must complete yearly competency testing and continuing education, maintaining at least 12 hours annually.
