Job Highlights: • Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education • Location: Fallbrook, CA • Employment Type: Full Time • Work Hours: Between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm • Schedule: Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays) • Target Start Date: ASAP Benefits for Nurses: • Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule—never work nights or weekends! • 8 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401k Retirement Plan • 5-hour paid orientation before starting • Support from an on-call Clinical Supervisor during school hours Your Responsibilities: • Cover the Health Office • Administer medications to students as needed • Deliver client care based on the approved Plan of Care • Ensure a safe environment for clients • Maintain accurate documentation and records • Work 1:1 with clients who may have conditions such as G-tube, trach, catheter needs, diabetes, or seizures Requirements: • Active California nursing license • 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply! • A passion for providing exceptional pediatric patient care • Physically capable of meeting job demands, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, and crouching • Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally Paid Training Provided: • Education on seizure disorders • Diastat administration • Insulin injections and pumps • Diabetic Management • Medication Administration • G-tube feedings • Tracheostomy care • Ongoing mentorship from clinical supervisors during your assignment About Ro Health: Ro Health's San Diego Branch is a premier provider of school nursing roles in the Central San Diego Area, including locations from Chula Vista to Oceanside.
