Hours: Full Time (36 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift
The Primary Care Nurse will oversee patient care for a designated group of residents, providing leadership to team members, including Shahbazim. The nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim are supervised by the Primary Care Nurse, who is directly accountable to the Director of Nursing (DNS). This role involves coordinating referrals to other clinical support team members, families, and physicians, acting as the primary contact for elder information.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
