
Full-Time Registered Nurse in Cedar Creek, NE
Job Description
We are excited to announce that we are hiring for a Full-time Registered Nurse! Must be available to either open or close. Our center operates Monday through Friday, from 6:30am to 5:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with amazing children and dedicated staff!

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to the developmental needs of patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support and adjust care plans as guided by physicians.
• Deliver treatment per established protocols using paper documentation.
• Conduct ongoing assessments focusing on various aspects including psychological, psychosocial, nutritional needs, and more.
• Educate and instruct clients and their families, supporting their understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
• Document all nursing interventions and care coordination in line with our policies.
• promptly inform physicians and guardians of significant patient changes.
• Effectively manage and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Delegate tasks to other staff members professionally and according to their qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with patient rights and responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe environment by reporting potential hazards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensing: Active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in pediatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to strict confidentiality.
• Understanding and compliance with infection control and OSHA standards.
• Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capacity to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Ability to meet employment conditions regarding health status and background checks.
