• GENERAL SUMMARY
• We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, focusing on patient-centered care tailored to individual needs. The ideal candidate will provide both psychosocial support and clinical care relevant to our patient population. You will be an integral part of a collaborative healthcare environment and report to departmental management.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver high-quality psychosocial and clinical care appropriate to our diverse patient demographics.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that adhere to established policies and regulations.
• Engage in effective communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals across all disciplines.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
• Must possess a current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or a valid Compact State license.
• MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing is required, with applicable experience; BSN is preferred.
• RN certification is preferred.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• CPR training is required and must be completed within 45 days of hire.
• WORKING CONDITIONS
• You will be working in a patient care environment with exposure to potential hazards such as noise, dust, and temperature extremes. You should be prepared for situations involving communicable diseases and other moderate workplace challenges inherent in patient care activities.
