Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including providers, to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency across all aspects of nursing practice and provides care tailored to the specific needs of residents at various stages of health and treatment.

This role may include serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. As an RN, you'll adhere to the standards of nursing practice set forth by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing is required; multistate licensure may be necessary if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
