Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide individualized nursing care to residents by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your responsibilities will include: • Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating resident assessments, education, and other nursing interventions. • Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to qualified personnel. • Ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care. As an RN, you will uphold the ethical standards and scope of practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association. Qualifications To be considered, you should be a graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. You must also hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and maintain required competencies and certifications.
