Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is essential in delivering tailored nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll collaborate with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary teams, including care providers, to ensure comprehensive and effective care plans.

Your role involves:
• Caring for residents in diverse phases of preventative health and treatment.
• Coordinating care, performing assessments, and educating residents.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to nursing assistants and ensuring safe, quality care delivery.
• Upholding the highest standards of nursing practice as per regulations and nursing ethics.

Qualifications

We require that you have:
• A degree from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing being ideal.
• A current, unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing, or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Commitment to maintaining required competencies and certifications.
