Job : Registered Nurse, Mental Illness/Substance Abuse Salary : $43/hr Location: Brooklyn, NY United States Work Schedule: Full Time - 35 hours a week Job Description: Responsibilities: • Assure safe, efficient, and effective patient placement balanced with optimal patient care and services • Develops educational modules for wound care including teaching tools for patients and families • Assisting patient in and out of bed • Participate in comprehensive assessment and management of patient needs • Provide patient care under an approved Scope of Practice and Standardized Procedures as appropriate • Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.
