Make a Difference as a Registered Nurse • Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, create tailored care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to support their recovery journey. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care as necessary. • Act as a resource for your colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate the victories and milestones achieved by our patients. Qualifications • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. • Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred but not required. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
