Registered Nurses - All Shifts Available Full-time positions available The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care and support under the guidance of the nursing leadership team. Shift/Hours: Full-Time (32 or 40 hours) Positions Available - Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Evening Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Overnight Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am with rotating weekends. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients and ensuring their well-being • Actively advocating for patients and empowering them to advocate for themselves • Documenting patient information timely and accurately • Conducting comprehensive assessments and responding appropriately to patient needs • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement master treatment plans • Facilitating patient/family education • Managing medication administration and monitoring patient responses Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Minimum of 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience • Active Massachusetts RN license and CPR certification • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task Physical Requirements: Must be able to handle patients in crisis, including lifting and assisting with physical mobility as needed.
