Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team inside of an Independent Living Facility team in Southern Palm Beach. The ideal candidate has a genuine heart for the elderly, enjoys building relationships with residents, and is committed to promoting comfort, safety, and independence. Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical oversight for residents • Administer medications, treatments, and IVs per orders and facility policy • Monitor and document residents’ health status; recognize and escalate changes promptly • Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other interdisciplinary team members • Train and support direct care staff on clinical procedures and best practices • Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and infection-control standards • Participate in care conferences, admissions, and discharge planning • Promote a warm, person-centered environment that supports resident dignity and quality of life Qualifications • Current, active RN license in Florida • Minimum 1 year nursing experience; experience in geriatrics, home health care, or assisted living preferred • Proficient in Wound Care • Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to work with older adults • Reliable, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities • CPR/BLS certification required Company Description At Allegiance Home Health & Rehab, our primary concern is the overall health, comfort, and well-being of our clients.
