We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our morning team (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center. Duties
• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Qualifications
• Active RN License (required)
• Prior experience preferred.
