Shift Diffs: $0.40 for 2nd and third shift $0.40 when they work the TCU unit (all shifts) $1.00 weekend day shift $1.40 for 2nd and 3rd shift Qualifications • Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team • Educate and support residents and their families • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
