Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in providing care for a special client. Key details of this position are as follows:

Schedule: Nights on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7:30 PM - 6 AM)

Location/Setting: San Antonio, 78240

Age Range: Child

Acuity: GTube Feeds & Med Administration (training provided)

Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
• CPR certification (we can assist in obtaining this after hiring if necessary)
• Current TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities:
• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care per physician orders
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately
• Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and policies

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing School
• Current, unrestricted RN state license
• CPR certification

Preference:
• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience
• Home health experience

Additional Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational skills

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and climb stairs for extended periods
• Must have effective communication skills
